LOUIS VAN AMSTEL

is a three-time world dance champion and Emmy-nominated choreographer. He is best known for his seven stunning turns on the hit ABC show "Dancing with the Stars." When not tearing up the dance floor on ABC, Louis is teaching "LaBlast," his partner-free dance-based fitness program that is immensely popular in the Los Angeles, and currently available in multiple cities across the US and more than 40 dance studios in Europe. He has partnered with Crunch Fitness to expand the LaBlast program and to launch his 5-DVD workout series.

JULZ ARNEY

is the Education Programs Director and Lead Master Trainer for Schwinn® Cycling. TOBIE BAUMANN

has been a fitness consultant in the health club industry for 14 years. She is a PhD candidate from Florida State University. Currently, Tobie works for Les Mills East Coast. She has worked with LMEC for the past three years as a business development consultant and a business management presenter.

LESLEE BENDER

has over 25 years of experience in the fitness industry, and has presented in over 20 countries and produced over 30 DVD’s. She is the creator of the Bender Method of training, which earned the 2007 infomercial of the year short form. She is a recent graduate of the Gray Institute in Applied Functional Science.

LAWRENCE BISCONTINI, MA

JAY BLAHNIK

was a Fitness Instructor of the Year, and chosen as one of the fitness industry's "Icons and Innovators." He is a Nike Athlete, a BOSU Development Team Member, and the program developer for Schwinn Indoor Cycling. He has consulted for Apple, Starbucks and GE, and is an advisor for Equinox Fitness Clubs.

MIKE BRACKO, EdD, FACSM

is an exercise physiologist from Calgary, Canada. He works as fitness writer, presenter, and media consultant. His specialties include: back injuries, work-station stretching, ergonomics, and ice hockey performance. He has a Doctorate degree in Exercise Physiology and is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist.

DOUGLAS BROOKS, MS

is the Director of Programming for both BOSU® and RealRyder® Indoor Cycling, and the ex-Ironman® triathlete is currently the Director of Athlete Conditioning for Sugar Bowl Ski Academy. Douglas was inducted into the National Fitness Hall of Fame and honored by CanFitPro as the International Presenter of the Year.

ADRIANA CARR

Adriana began dancing at the age of 5. Since then, she has gone on to study ballet, point, modern dance, and hip-hop. She combined her passion for dance with fitness (12 years teaching Spinning) into becoming a Zumba® Instructor in 2006. Adriana has worked as a Zumba® Jammer, and is a Zumba® Education Specialist and International Presenter. She has choreographed routines for Zin and, as a personal trainer, has trained celebrities such as Andrea Risenborough and Shelley Conn.

LAURA CISNEROS

is CEO and Lead Educator for Dynamax™ Medicine Balls and founder of urban animal outdoor fitness training. With over 25 years as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor, Laura's expertise ranges from Pilates to BOSU to TRX. An avid runner with a lifetime in sport and fitness, she has been featured in Spa, Spa Finder, and Continental magazines.

FABIO COMANA, MA, MS

is a faculty member in Exercise and Nutrition at San Diego State University and UC San Diego. Additional experience includes Division I collegiate coaching, and opening health clubs for Club One. He authored chapters in textbooks and publications, and is presently authoring academic and consumer books.

Jenn Hall is an international dance and fitness presenter for Nike, Savvier Fitness, the lead Master Trainer for Flirty Girl Fitness and is a Professor of Dance at Georgia State University. Having retired from dancing professionally with popular artists such as Beyonce Knowles, Jay-Z, and Usher, Jenn shifted her focus to dance and fitness choreography and instruction. JAMIE HOWELL

is the Education Manager of Curriculum & Training for Trigger Point Performance.
